Q: What is your area of expertise?
As an audio engineer, I specialize in the production, recording, mixing, and mastering of audio. I have extensive experience with DAWs such as ProTools & Logic and Audio Cleanup Tools/Mastering Software not limited to Ozone, RX10, and Waves Plugins.
Q: How long have you been doing this type of work?
I've worked in this field for over ten years.
Q: What piqued your interest in podcasting?
After listening to many podcasts over the years, I started to appreciate a speaker's ability to captivate an audience with a good setup/recording session. It's gratifying to take a raw recording, mold it, and polish it into something extraordinary that both the host(s) and the audience can appreciate.
Q: What's an audio project you've really enjoyed working on, and why?
The first project that comes to mind is one I just started on; it's a small commercial for a startup business. I enjoy working with startups because they are very passionate about their products, and it's a fun challenge to exceed their expectations.
Q: What products or services do you offer?
I offer several different podcast editing packages( for various lengths), audiogram design, & podcast transcripts.
Q: What makes you or your services unique?
My services are unique because I offer a personalized approach for each client. I begin by taking the time to truly understand the scope of the project and the client's requests to ensure that the final product meets their vision. Additionally, I'm always looking to improve myself by researching better methods to improve audio.
Q: What are you particularly proud of about your work?
My attention to detail. I strive to deliver the best possible results for each client.
Q: What would you like to see happen in the podcasting industry within the next five years?
I'd like more collaboration between podcast creators and large companies, such as YouTube & Spotify, to help them grow their audiences more straightforwardly.
Q: What kind of businesses or clients do you like working with in podcasting?
I enjoy working with various businesses, but Startup Businesses/Small Businesses are great because they are usually a green field of opportunity. I also enjoy working with all creators.
Q: What motivates you to keep growing in your career or business?
My motivation to keep growing comes from my innate desire to continue to learn, improve and help future clients sound incredible.
Q: If you could give one piece of advice to a creator in the podcasting industry, what would it be?
Be Consistent! Please don't stop; it's really all about consistency.
