About us
BIPOC podcast Creators is a Black and Latina-owned organization, founded in 2021 with the purpose of connecting people with opportunities that will help amplify the presence and the stories of black, indigenous and people of color in podcasting. We want to own our own narratives, so we can continue to build a legacy beyond the podcasting industry.
What We Do
We are dedicated to the amplification of BIPOC talent and voices in podcasting and beyond. And we’re building the premiere talent pipeline of BIPOC creators, and leaders in podcasting.

How are we doing this?
In-person and online networking events and meetups because we know that access and introductions are how people and ideas really grow.
Through our free online community for individuals who are part of the BIPOC community, where we connect and share resources and information for creators and professionals going beyond the 101.
Regular learning sessions, taught by proven professionals and respected organizations - teaching on topics to help BIPOC Creators reach the next level in their podcasting journey.
Our newsletter. Anyone can sign up for the monthly newsletter where we share job opportunities, reliable resources, and the most important news in podcasting from a BIPOC perspective.
Plus, access to podcasting leaders through our mentorship and connection partnerships with organizations like The Podcasting Academy and The Copyright Alliance.
