Let’s get to know Sasha Willis, a Business Strategist with five years of experience helping women create action plans to grow their business & brand.

Q: What is your area of expertise?
I'm a business strategist the owner of the Boundless Audio podcast network, where I help podcasters grow their shows through strategy and educational resources.

Q: How long have you been doing this type of work?
I've had my network for a year but have been providing business strategy for over five years.

Q: What piqued your interest in podcasting?
My friend and I wanted a place to share our "wine conversations" and realized that many other women were probably having the same conversations as us, so we started ‘The Swirl and Sip Podcast’ together in 2020. Then, I started my own podcast (Strategy for Creatives: Business Minus the Bullshit), in 2021 to share business strategy tips with creatives.

Q: What's an audio project you've really enjoyed working on, and why?
I love working on ‘The Swirl and Sip’ podcast because our conversations have turned out to be so relatable to other women. We've been able to create a community through our podcast.

Q: What products or services do you offer?
I offer strategy sessions, online courses, and monthly trainings for podcasters.

Q: What makes you or your services unique?
I've had my business for over a decade and have seen how businesses pivot and change. If podcasters are looking to turn their creative outlet into a profitable business, I'm the right person for that.

Q: What are you particularly proud of about your work?
I've been able to help so many women create the businesses they love, in a way that works for them and their lives.

Q: What would you like to see happen in the podcasting industry within the next five years?
More representation at the top from women of color and just women in general.

Q: What kind of businesses or clients do you like working with in podcasting?
All types, but I primarily work with women.

Q: What motivates you to keep growing in your career or business?
I love helping women get the lifestyle they want through their business. It's what keeps me going.

Q: If you could give one piece of advice to a creator in the podcasting industry, what would it be?
Just keep going. Tell your story. There is someone who you are impacting through your voice.
