Let’s get to know Pam Covarrubias, Liberation Business Coach, EFT Practitioner, Podcaster, and Recovering Procrastinator.

Q: What is your area of expertise?
I support first-generation women and femmes to get unstuck, find clarity, and get things done so they can own their voice.

Q: How long have you been doing this type of work?
Seven years

Q: What piqued your interest in podcasting?
I wanted to hear the stories of people that looked like me and nobody was doing it, so I did.

Q: What's an audio project you've really enjoyed working on, and why?
I really enjoy interviewing people and asking them questions for my podcast Cafe con Pam. Many times it feels like time freezes and it's just the guest and I having a conversation, then I think of the thousands of people who get to hear our interaction and it's pretty cool to be able to share that type of content with the world. In a way, it feels like the podcast is preserving our history from our perspective.

Q: What products or services do you offer?
Consulting and coaching for organizations and individuals looking to get unstuck in life and business. An annual pass with access to workshops and office hours with me to get unstuck and find that clarity for themselves.

Q: What makes you or your services unique?
I am a Certified Clinical EFT Practitioner which allows me to work with the subconscious of my clients so they can rewire their brain into new perspectives and clarity.

Q: What are you particularly proud of about your work?
Being able to provide access and tools to my community for healing and liberation.

Q: What would you like to see happen in the podcasting industry within the next five years?
Better tools to track and measure and more opportunities for indie creators.

Q: What kind of businesses or clients do you like working with in podcasting?
Those who are ready to take action on a project but somehow feel like they are stuck. Sometimes it's the process, sometimes it's the plan, sometimes it's their mindset.

Q: What motivates you to keep growing in your career or business?
Seeing the difference my work makes and how it creates a ripple effect. I recently talked to a client who shared she did an exercise with her mom and they both were able to connect better after. This is why I continue to do what I do.

Q: If you could give one piece of advice to a creator in the podcasting industry, what would it be?
It will get hard, what's important is to look ahead and remind yourself of your ultimate vision. If you don't have an ultimate vision, ask yourself what would I like to be the theme of my retirement party? What do you want to be remembered for? Once that's clear, remind yourself of that when things get hard.
